About me – Randa Fakes LoGerfo

Randa Fakes LoGerfo was born and raised in Amman, Jordan. She is a classically trained pianist and educator, graduating from the ArtEZ University of the Arts | Arnhem, Enschede and Zwolle, The Netherlands. Randa’s travel and life, coupled with her love for music and dance, can be seen as influences throughout her artwork. Her paintings trace the path of her life and interests. Randa’s permanent home is in Arlington, Virginia.

Randa has exhibited her paintings in local galleries around the world, including the Blue Fig Cafe (www.bluefig.com) in Amman in 2001.

She participated in an Cairo exhibition On a Caravan (www.oncaravan.org) in early 2009, and 2010 joining highly respected and recognized Egyptian and Western artists with the goal of building bridges of understanding and respect between East and West, Muslims and Christians.

Some of her work was displayed in Alexandria, Virginia at the Alexandria Torpedo Factory (www.thedelrayartisans.org) in 2011 and the Del Ray Artisans gallery (www.thedelrayartisans.org) in 2015 and 2023. she is a member of Arlington Artist Alliance since 2021 www.arlingtonartistsalliance.org and a member of Falls church art gallery since 2020.
